Railhead EXTReam
For cobble, soft to medium rock & hard rock
The solid body design of Railhead’s EXTReam™ makes it a true horizontal rock reamer. A variety of different size nozzles and plugs are available to re-configure the water ports based on the volume of mud being pumped and the conditions encountered during the pilot bore. The EXTReam™ works best with low pullback pressure and low rotational torque.
Features:
- Field replaceable teeth
- Pointed teeth for softer rock & rounded teeth for harder rock
- No moving parts, no bearings to fail
- 8″, 12″ and 16″ Pulling Eye threaded onto shaft and welded
- 6″ has removable Pulling Eye, through fluid hole and can be pulled in tandem
